
After a whirlwind month of nephews and foster dogs, we're back in the swing of things.
Breakfast is beef, yams & carrots, beets, pear and yogurt.


Another steak breakfast... this time with a bit of whole wheat couscous, sauteed greens (beet greens, swiss chard and escarole), whole wheat penne with asparagus and red & yellow peppers left over from my dinner, and 1/2 a banana.
London broil was on sale at Whole Foods for $3.99 a pound, so breakfast is beef, whole wheat pasta, carrots and zucchini, and honeydew melon.
